Booking Appointments

We recommend that appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accomodate your specific scheduling requests. However, walk-ins are always welcome. A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Arriving for your appointment

Please arrive to your appointment at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you will be late for your appointment, please do call to let us know. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your services will be modified to accommodate the time allocated to you.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours cancellation notice for appointments* and one week for spa packages. Any appointments cancelled with less than the required notice will be charged at 50% of the service(s) booked. No shows and missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the booked service(s).

*appointments consisting of no more than two services.


Gratuities

If you wish to leave a gratuity, the amount is to your discretion. Cash gratuities are preferred and can be left either with your Esthetician(s) or at the Reception Desk. If you so require it, there is an ATM located in The Main Inn of Fern Resort.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

If you are a guest of Fern Resort, you may choose to charge your services to your room.

Fern Resort

 

If you are a guest of Fern Resort, you are welcome to take advantage of the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna located in the spa building. Do keep in mind the dining times and special events or activities you plan on attending at the resort when booking your spa appointments so as to not interfere with one another. We will always do our best to be mindful of your Fern Resort itineraries when having you visit the spa.

Non-guests of Fern Resort will not be able to access those facilities. If you would like to consider booking your stay at Fern Resort, please visit their website.
